Chez Porky's
I'm so behind! Mom, Bethany, Collin and I visited Chez Porky's last Tuesday for dinner.
A peek at their dinning room- kitchy with a New Orleans flair.
Chicken noodle soup- so tasty and flavorful. I love the bit of spiciness to it.
ENORMOUS pulled pork sandwich my mom got- with a side of apple sauce.
Bethany & I shared the wing sampler which included 4 wings in 4 different flavors. Here we have the Lemon Garlic Butter wings. None of the flavors were very pungent, so they were kinda bland.
Louisiana style wings- medium. They boast their wings are Louisiana style which are apparently less greasy as opposed to Buffalo style. I couldn't tell a difference. And the sauce was ho-hum.
Asian wings- my favorite of the 4. Yummy teriyaki flavor.
Carribean Jerk. They are about as not-yummy as they look :P You can't visit Jamaica and have REAL Jerk and then be given these under the same name. Plus they look like vomit.
Grand Total: $28.00
All in all I'd say Chez Porky's is worth a try- just go into it with lowered expectations.
